Features & Fixes Details

Enrollments API: Ability to submit Credit Check and Payment data from third companies

It is now possible to integrate externally with TransUnion and iCheckGateway and provide the result of these transactions when submitting a new enrollment. This can be done through the Enrollments API or through the Sales Importer.

The new fields for credit score, fraud alerts and payment data can be submitted through the /api/v1/enrollments/create endpoint.

The Sales Importer now includes several columns that the user can populate with the pertaining values. The latest version of the template can be downloaded from the Sales Importer UI.

The column definition can be found here.

Traunch Results feature moved from Market Manager to Utility Manager

The existing traunch configurations in the Market Manager have been migrated to the Utility Manager under the Rate Configuration section. This allows changing how the rate is presented depending if it is an electricity or gas plan.

UI Improvements for Customer Details interface

With this version of the system we implemented the first of several improvements planned for the Customer Details screen to provide more customer information and make it easier to access.

The Customer Details screen will now be separated in several sections:

The enrollments section presents the same information this screen always showed and there are major updates in this iteration.

The Notes screen has been moved as a new section.

Now, instead of having a button in each enrollment card to add a new note, the user will be able to select the desired enrollment when creating a new note:

Updated the OpsAdmin and Pricing Matrix UI library to a newer version

It’s been a few years since we updated the libraries and components we use to build the user interface and it was time to update them again. The objective of this is to future proof the system so there are no visual or functional changes in the interface.

This has been a massive change that affects both the Admin and Pricing Matrix site. We reviewed the whole system to make sure everything works as expected, but please let us know if you notice any kind of visual bug like miss aligned components or with weird sizes and we will quickly fix them.
